Frozen screen

I was charging my Blaze this evening and when it was almost charged I looked at it and it has a blue triangle with a thermometer and icicles. I have tried to reset it several times by holding the bottom right and left buttons down for several seconds. I really want my device to keep working. Any help?

I don't know what happened but it seems to be working again.
