Full charge but nothing outside of the dock

Hi,

I purchased the blaze last evening, opened it, there was a dead screen. Then I put it in the dock to charge, the battery was full so I set it up correctly, it synced well but when I removed it, nothing happened. 

What should I do?

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

If that doesn't help I would take it back to where you got it and exchange it
