Fully charged Blaze but watch face is black and nothing display

Not sure what to do with my Blaze.  It's fully charged but there's no display on the watch face.  However, if I put the Blaze on the plugged in charge holder, it shows the Fitbit Logo then watch face shows steps and such.  Can anyone help or is my Blaze done/dead?  Thank you!

My Blaze died on the 4th too! Fully charged but a blank screen. I saw the sensor still on for a little, but then I was not able to get it to charge or display anything. 

 

I hope we can get an answer here.
