Hello all,
I got the Fitbit Blaze last month. Everything is fine except two things.
1. Connected GPS won't work. Every time I want to execute it shows "Phone not found" or "Check Fitbit app". I also communicated with Fitbit support and the replied that my phone is not in support list. Boom. I checked for alternate solutions but found all old models in the list and many of then don't support connected GPS. 😞
2. Can't get the music system control from my blaze. Though I followed many tips it didn't work.
I live in Bangladesh where Fitbit user is rare. This problems are killing me specially the connected GPS one. Can anyone please help me?
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the reply.
I did as you told. Actually my Blaze was connected in both BT (Usual n Classic). I disconnect the usual and keep only the classic. Unpaired and repaired again. restarted the phone. But the problem remains.

It's great to see you around @Mishuk and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by.
As mentioned by the Fitbit representative, in order to connect your Blaze with your phone properly, it needs to be compatible. If a phone isn't compatible the connection between it and the tracker can't be successful.
I recommend taking a look at the My Blaze GPS is not working and Music control is not working posts and follow the instructions provided there but I just don't guarantee it will work 100%.
Let me know the outcome. ![]()
