GPS tracker will not track my distance and pace correctly

After I am done walking and I look at my map, the path is going all over the place. While I am walking it does not tell me the correct distance and pace I am walking. I have tried many suggestions for this problem and it still did not work. Things I have tried:

  • turning my phone off and then back on
  • turning off the GPS and then back on
  • reconnecting the GPS in my string on my iPhone

A warm welcome to the Forums @Stacbrookins.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If you are having issues with the GPS connected feature, I recommend taking a look at the My Blaze GPS is not working post and follow the instructions provided there.

I hope this helps, let me know how it goes. Robot Happy

Those are all the things I have already tried that I mentioned in my post. My app was working just fine and then it stopped working. So I know my phone is compatible.

I have been having the same continuous problem since October with my Fitbit blaze and GPS issues.  There have been back and forth emails with Fitbit customer service and I have done everything they keep telling me.  They have also admitted that there is a problem and that engineers are working on it but it is February 2018 now and still getting fobbed off and still not working!  I’m a keen runner and this was why I brought this watch, and yes it has been working right up to last October!!!

In the last few weeks my fitbit has started playing up also. The maps are showing me all over the place.
