Getting to walk mode, via exercise, is easy...activating is frustrating

Subject says it all...you can press/tap all you want but my Blaze, occassionally,  won't activate the Walk program.  If you use elliptical it shows nothing.  My elliptical doesn't have handles that move.

Welcome to the Community @rlivy. What exactly are you trying to do? Would you like to select an exercise? If so, you just need to the following directly from your Blaze:

1. Press the home button

2. Slide to Exercise

3. Select Elliptical

4. Press the lower right button

If you don't have elliptical on your exercises, do the following from your iOS Fitbit app:

1. Tap Blaze
2. Tap Exercise Shortcuts
3. Tap "+ Exercise Shortcut"
4. Select the exercises you prefer
5. Sync

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

The problem I’m having is that I go to the home, slide screen to get to exercise screen, tap and it goes to walk, tap, numerous times, and it will eventually go to the walk program… Even in the clock screen, to change icons at the bottom of the screen, it takes more than a few taps to go from icon to next.
