Glitchy display

I setup my Fitbit blaze earlier today and after a few minutes, the today icon got half covered with a white box and when swiping form one place to another horizontal lines appear over the apps and the image files seem to be generally glitching out. I tried a hard reset as well as turning it off and on through settings and nothing's working

Your first choice would be top Contact.fitbit.com
The other choice would be to exchange it at the place of purchase.

Yeh thanks, they asked me to send them pictures of the problem with a case number next to it but haven't actually suggested any solutions. I get the impression I'm going to have to exchange it. Do you know if this is a common issue or if there is anything I can try other then just replacing it?

Hello @Jon54321 thanks for your reply! 🙂 If you already restarted your Blaze and the display is not working properly, the next step is to exchange or replace it. To answer your question, It is not a common issue with the Blaze and the customer support team will be glad to assist you on the warranty process.
