Got a new phone, how do I connect my fitbit blaze to it?

I got a new phone a few days ago and I can't figure out how to connect my fitbit blaze to it. I can connect to blaze classic, but I can't connect it to get notifications or to use my phone's gps.

Download the fitbit app, log into your account.. Your all setup.. You don't add the fitbit to your phone.. You add the fitbit to your account, the app adds the fitbit to the phone..

Agreed, you shouldn't need to do anything other than log into your account. Since your Blaze is already connected to the account it will then automatically be connected to your phone.

I downloaded the app as soon as I got the phone and it's working fine with the app, it's the bluetooth part that isn't working. When I try to connect my phone to the fitbit it says pairing denied by fitbit and I have no clue how to fix it.

Welcome to the Community @twsnyder@Odyssey13@MikeF and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by and for the instructions provided. Woman Happy It's great to hear that your tracker is syncing with your phone, but it won't be able to connect 100% because Note 7 is not a compatible phone yet. Keep in mind that you can always sync your tracker with a computer or compatible device. You can also keep an eye on our list of compatible mobile devices for any update.

See you later. Woman Wink
