I got a new phone a few days ago and I can't figure out how to connect my fitbit blaze to it. I can connect to blaze classic, but I can't connect it to get notifications or to use my phone's gps.

I downloaded the app as soon as I got the phone and it's working fine with the app, it's the bluetooth part that isn't working. When I try to connect my phone to the fitbit it says pairing denied by fitbit and I have no clue how to fix it.

Welcome to the Community @twsnyder. @Odyssey13, @MikeF and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by and for the instructions provided. It's great to hear that your tracker is syncing with your phone, but it won't be able to connect 100% because Note 7 is not a compatible phone yet. Keep in mind that you can always sync your tracker with a computer or compatible device. You can also keep an eye on our list of compatible mobile devices for any update.
See you later.
