Got the map, got GPS, no route recorded

I have a Fitbit blaze. When running, I do not connect it to my phone. I use the app to trigger an exercise. I make sure that my location is found before triggering the run. When I start running, the timer runs, the location on the map follows me, and it even gives the distance I've ran. But it does not track the route I take.

Help, because I'm about to sell this blaze and finally go over to Galaxy smartwatch.

Hi @SunsetRunner are you starting the run through the Fitbit app on the phone, or starting the run with the Blaze. We currently are in the Blaze hardware support.
