Green light constantly on, HR monitor off

The green light on my blaze are suddenly on for no reason and the HR monitor is off. I've tried restarting and they are still on. How do I get them off?? Hate this.

A warm welcome to the Community @Mtaylr1, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

 

Have you tried to check directly from the tracker if this option is off? If you haven't, I recommend checking by doing the following:

 

  1. Swipe to settings
  2. Tap off in the heart rate option
