I've tried the advice given (below) and still the green light will not go on.
Also, it discharges quickly, no heart monitor, no step tracking.
What can I do?
I tried all of these:
1- Give your Blaze a restart. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
2- Set it up as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
3- Check the settings on the tracker. For this, swipe to the last screen and access the settings. Scroll down to find the Heart Rate section and make sure that it's either set to On or Auto.

This is also the problem im having. After talking to support they said it was a known problem and to wait for an update for the device/app. Not sure how this is going to help seeing as I have seen how far back this issue has been ongoing. I just want my HR to work, one of the main reason I bought it in the first place.
