Green light on the back of my Blaze is constantly on - HR also not working

Hi all,

 

The flashing green lights on the back of my Blaze now stay on all of the time (this also seems to drain the battery in less than a day).  Previously they used to turn off after a few seconds when I removed the Blaze.  It is also worth noting that it no longer registers my heart rate.

 

I've tried searching the site for suggestions and have turned HR off, to auto, re-set the Blaze etc, etc, but with no results.  I've had the blaze for two years with no issues and don't want to get a new/different watch.

 

Any help would be much appreciated

The same thing is happening to mine. I’ve done all the things you’ve tried but nothing makes it work. HELP!

There is an option where you can turn it on or off. Go to Settings> Jeart Rate and should find it! Hope this helps!

 Hey Bill I found a company online to fix my blaze, My battery was dead he sent me a shipping label returned my Fitbit within 10 days for $50 he will email you back let you know what’s wrong with it and how much to fix.  If he can’t fix it he will give you credit towards another one very good company only one I found that would fix it you can reach him at  joesGE. Com
