Green lights stopped working. Again...

For the second time in a year, the green lights stopped flashing.  The last time I tried all the common “fixes” listed on the forum.  One day, after a charge, they just came back on.  This time, they’re not coming back on.  I’ve reset the watch, turned the hr on/auto/off on the watch and in the app. Any other thoughts?  I’m a runner, so the hr is all I really cared about.

Have you tried a shutdown @mad906 this is the only way to restart the hardware.

I did the shutdown on the watch by selecting it in the settings, and also by holding down the left and bottom right buttons.  No luck.  Thanks though
