Green lights works but display don't

My fitbit ran down and I tried to recharge it. The two green lights at the back blink, but the display is dead. Dos this mean it isn't charging? Could the fault be the charger? Can you buy a spare charger anywhere?

A warm welcome to the Community @HibsBoy! I think it's an issue with the display as the two green lights at the back are working. I would like you to try a restart and double check you're properly charging your tracker.  

 

You can also clean the contacts on the charger or the tracker, just follow these instructions.
