Hi there,

I have a few issues that had surfaced over 2 days.

1. Intermittent operating of the heart rate monitor even upon multiple reboots and ensuring that the setting is accurate

2. The product has also failed to track any flight of floors stepped.

3. Swiping is laggy and i am unable to swipe left and right

all ll these issues persisted even with me rebooting the product.

i fear this is a hardware issue.

please assist

Hi there @Leonard85. Great to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry you're having these problems with your Blaze 😕 Thanks a lot for attempting to restart your tracker, that was a great idea!

Now, there's one more thing you could try. It is setting up your tracker as a new device. This should help fixing anything going on with the configuration of your Blaze and this should tell us if this is something that has to do with the firmware or the hardware of your tracker.

For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem. Keep an eye on it and see how it goes.

Let me know if you need more help with this!
