HR on blaze stopped working

I have read through the forum but cannot get my blaze to start tracking HR again.. it stopped working a few days ago , mid day, for no reason. I do have green lights. I have tried adjusting in software as both " auto" and " on". ... re-started many many times. (Btw holding both bottom buttons doesn't restart, having to do shutdown from " settings " menu on blaze - this may mean something ???)

  I have tried tighter, and on underside of wrist and other arm... Nothing!  I don't know if there is anything else I can do. Can someone provide me with a tech support number that I can call from Canada?

Please contact support. Let them know what you have already done to try and resolve the problem

If your tracker is not registering your heart rate, I recommend taking a look at this post, where you will be able to see some things that might be affecting this reading and some tips to improve it.
