HR time and clock time is not the same

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
Due to daylight savings time here in Sweden our clocks were set forward one hour last night. This has resulted in that my clock time and HR log time is not the same..
I tried using both manual timezone and automatic but no matter what timezone I use the two clocks is never the same.. If the regular clock is correct the HR log is one hour ahead and if the HR time is correct (due to change in time zone) the normal close is an hour off..

How is this solved? Like I said I tried a bunch of different timezones and syncing /turned my blaze off and on in between...

Hey there @Warface. Great to see you in the Community! 🙂

To solve this out, I'd recommend restarting your tracker by pressing the button on the left side and the button on the lower right side together for about 10-15 seconds until it goes off and comes back on. Make sure that you have the time on your phone set to Automatic and once the tracker is back on, open up the app and get your tracker to sync. All features on your tracker should have restarted and it should now take the time on your phone and apply it to all the functionalities including the heart rate.

Hope this helps and if you still need more help, let me know!

Hello! Thank you for your answer. I tried this now. Unfortunately my time on the phone and the time on the blaze is the same, but in the app the HR logged time Is still one hour ahead.. So no change 😕
It worked fine before yesterday and our time change for daylight saving..

Hmmm... that's weird @EdwardD and @Warface, good to see you here. You could also try to set up your tracker as a new device by following these instructions (click here to see them) and afterwards, see if this fixes the time on your dashboard.

Also, if this doesn't happen right away, give it the rest of the day until midnight and tomorrow check to see if it has fixed itself. I've seen scenarios where on the first day of daylight savings, the data may not appear on the correct time but it gets fixed by the next day.

Let me know if you need more help with this!
