Hard Reset every day or two after firmware upgrade

Has anyone else had this issue after installing the latest firmware to the Blaze?

Every day or two, my buttons just stop working.  The screen still works, until I go into something, and then I'm stuck as I can't go back because the left button doesn't work.

All of the buttons do nothing.  I have to hold all three buttons until the watch restarts.

Also I noticed that when this happens, usually my fitbit app is "looking" for my blaze, and never syncs.

The good news after a reset, it syncs, and all of my steps, heart rate data, etc., show up in the app.

It's just annoying to have to do this every couple of days...

I am so frustrated, my blaze has been working pretty great and now I too find that my blaze loses blue tooth connection with my iphone fitbit app every HOUR and its always searching.  This started happening this past week. I have to turn off my bluetooth and reset my blaze and then it maybe works for an hour or if Im lucky 2 hours .

Also everytime I try to sync to my app it keeps searching then says to make sure my device is on and close by and its on my wrist and and that hand is holding the phone where Im syncing it too.

I really did love the blaze and now it is a waste and I don't want to even take it running as it loses all connection.  Someone please have an answer or its being returned.

Thanks

It's great to see you around @JohnRi and @grenner welcome to the Forums. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourselves. I would like to know if you keep having problems syncing your trackers. If you do, I recommend following @HelenaFitbit's instructions in the Having trouble syncing? post.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

This did not unfortunately solve the problem bit just helped if work here and there .
I am also wondering when there will be a fix or update to fix the issue of incorrect distance tracking . As I read in the forums it is a very common issue that the distance is out by a third and users have been patient and trying to tweak their step distance to make it work as I have but it is still not accurate . Mine have been inaccurate since march and because I like fit bit I have been patient but this has been too long and with no fix and I'm contacting Fitbit to return my blaze
