Hart rate sensor very bright , hart rate not working , battery life few hrs

Hi , my blaze hart rate sensors started shining very bright , almost like a green led torch.

Hart rate is also not working.

Battery only last two hours .

Any ideas how to fix it?

I have reset the tracker and also shutdown and restart .

Problem still remain

Did anyone ever solve this one? It's happening to me too, tried turning the heart monitor off, also tried restarting but the problem persists.

All my stats are very dim. Occasionally I get a bright flash of the stars and back to dim. Heart rate not working. All started first thing this morning. It also won't turn off.
