I guess that how you treated customer complaint, simply delete the post, and silence them.
It's not a watchband break, to me, it's a design problem. You already know from past experience, the whatever glue you were using won't last long. I have two Fitbit HRs before, both of them, the veneer on the watchband peeled off, and one of them never touch any water in its entire life.
In the Blaze, you guys still using glue to put watchband together. Really hope I can post pixs here. Riche_Laue, you can't simply say
"When I grew up I had many watch bands break. Rubber simply wears out. "
and delete my post. It's not rubber which wore out, it's the glue, so the watchband disconnected from the part that connects to the watchband by the hinge. Also, this is a CAD250 watch, not something I got from dollar mart. You must be paid well, and think it's acceptable that the rubber band on a CAD250 watch to break in 1.5 years.
Anyway, guys, be aware, this the customer service of the Fitbit, I didn't say anything over-exaggerated. We, as a family, used three products from Fitbit, they all no long wearable within two years.
You can delete my post, again. I might still use the Blaze after I purchase a new band, but you lost me entirely, and all the people who around me... I used to recommend your products for your simplicity and functionality. Not anymore, I will totally against to purchase any products from your company unless it's a purchase to be used for a year.
I am done with your company, you can delete my post again. There is a reason why your company stock dropped like stone for the last two years, if this is the way your company to listen to your customers, Good Luck.
