Having issues with Blaze screen

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've had my fitbit blaze for almost 10 months now. Everything has been fine until recently. I always leave my screen on dim. But whenever I swipe from my clock screen to the next screen over, I can see my clock screen like "burned" through the screen. I hope that makes sense. And I usually just turn it off for a little bit and turn it back on and it'll be gone but it's been doing this a couple times a week so I was wondering If there is anyway to keep this from happening period? Thank you in advance 🙂

Welcome to the Forums @sj122222. Could you please be more specific about the inconvenience you have? Can you provide me with a picture of the tracker while the screen looks like burn? Is the Blaze behaving weird while this happens?

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy

I've been having the same problem, except there was a clock error. I was changing my clock face and it failed,so I tried a couple of more times and it worked. Except there was a faded image of the clock error sign in the background. This has only happened to me twice. I restarted my fitbit, but the faded image was still there. So I decided to shut it down for a few minutes, and it was gone. Was this a glitch or a problem with my display? I am using a Fitbit blaze. The model is: FB502

A warm welcome to the Community @jahan2305. To be honest, I think that it was a glitch just for some users. But thanks for sharing the steps you did to fix this issue. If you need anything else, do not hesitate in posting it.

Catch you later. Woman Wink
