Headache - Fitbit Blaze

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

It's just been 4 days that I am using Fitbit Blaze and I observed from the first day of use itself I am getting severe headache. I couldn't sleep with the watch. Only after removing it I could get sleep.

I wondered if I am only one affected. However, looking at the community forums I can see more people complaining. Pain is nagging and wanted to know if there is some issue or any recommendation.

While I do not have any issue, I have seen a number of people complain about Blue Tooth sensitivity.  There is a very small percent of the population that cannot use blue tooth devices.

Unfortunately there is not an option to turn the blue tooth off on the Blaze.

Since all of the Fitbit devices have bluetooth now, and none of them have a way to turn it off, I'm afraid you are going to have to live with the headaches or you should return your fitbit to where you bought it.

Fitbit support will probably say that they have never heard of this issue.  But I've seen about 10 people complain on the message boards.

Good luck.
