So, here we arw with a question about heart rate once more. I am a fairly active guy, I run about a mile to two and a half miles at minimum three a week, I get up and walk around at work every half hour or so, etc. My fitbit tells me I dip as low as 49 bpm when sleeping occasionally and when sitting around I frequently drop under 60 bpm. I also see it hang out around 80 when I sit around some days. I saw a cardiologist a while back and he said I'm healthy, but this stuff worries me. I also have generalized anxiety disorder that I am medicated for. My days generally look like the attached screenshot (note I work in the evening). Any cause for worry? An average day with work

Hi, @Surprize, if your cardiologist says you are healthy I don't think a bunch of guys on the internet are going to give you better information!
But, for what it is worth (not much) that doesn't look like anything to worry about to me.. Your resting heart rate is excellent, and I would say it is not unusual to be in the so called fat burn even when you are sitting if you are intensely mentally or emotionally engaged, as you may very well be while at work.
