So about a week ago my Fitbit blaze ‘s heart rate monitor stopped working.
I have no green lights on the monitor.
I have check it my settings for the monitor are set to auto. I’ve even changed it to On and nothing. I’ve restarted the device a handful of times. Nothing. I’ve delete the blaze from my account, and from my Bluetooth devices in my phone. Even tried connecting it to a different phone but nothing.
Move only had it about 2 months 😞 never form it wet except sweat, never dropped it. 😓 help me please

I am echoing this problem. It seems to be pandemic particularly after a certain amount of time. I have tried the hard-restart as well. Please open up a support call for me also. I have emailed in my problem and awaiting a response.
