Heart Rate monitor is not working

I have had my Blaze about 5 months and love it.  The heart rate monitor just stopped working a few weeks ago.  Everything else working fine but not monitoring heart rate.  I have checked all the settings and they are all on.

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
