Hi,
My heart rate monitor has stopped working for the past week.
The green lights (both of them) are flashing.
When I have the heart rate on Auto, all I get are the double bars --. When I switch the heart rate monitor to ON I get a heart rate. It's significantly higher than what it should be though.. It was reading 114 when I counted out 74.
I have cleaned the sensor on the back. I have rebooted as well as re-sync'd it. Turned the monitor off/on and back to auto.
The lights seem to flash fast when I switch it to ON but stay slow and steady when it's on Auto even when I take it off my arm.
Any ideas? Any recent firmware updates I'm missing?
Thanks

Hey @BillBlazer! Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Try removing your Blaze from you Fitbit account and then setting it up like new. Let me know if that helps at all!
Quick Note:
Make sure you Sync your Blaze before you remove it or else all un-synced will be lost.

Same exact issues here with the heart rate auto/on. I contacted support, but they are just checking into if it is under warranty for a replacement. I feel like this has to be some sort of bug, since others are experiencing it.
