Hi all,
I’ve had a fitbit blaze for about two weeks now, however since monday my heart rate monitor has stopped working.
The heart rate monitor is swithed on, battery fully charged and the green lights are flashing, however my heart rate is displayed as —.
I’ve tried everything to solve this problem. Restarting, shutting off, syncing, moving band around on my wrist, cleaning the watch and even swithing between auto, on and off positions (and restaring in between switches). However, nothing has worked and the heart rate is still not displaying correctly.
Has anybody had a similar issue and found a solution?

I've had my Blaze for almost 10 months and the heart monitor has never worked right. Tried all the same as you. When I am running at 6mph it shows 84bpm but I measure over 100. And many times it just shows --. If you find the issue please share. Thanks
