Heart Rate not working but lights are

My Fitbit is not registering my heart Rate. The green lights are working. I have tried resetting it and that hasn't worked.

A warm welcome to the Community @Jenna18. First of all, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If your tracker isn't registering your heart rate information, take a look at this post, where you will be able to see some things that might be affecting this reading and some tips to improve it. Also, please check that this feature in on or auto by swiping to settings and check the heart rate feature.
