Heart Rate stays in PEAK zone during normal everyday runs???

I am starting to get worried b/c on my daily 3 mile runs or even 4-5 mile ones my heart rate pretty much stays in the PEAK zone for all of it. Shouldn't it be considered CARDIO zone? I use to run at 6.0 on the dreadmill, was told to slow it down to see if that helps . . . tried 5.5 (didn't help) . . . this morning I ran 4 miles at 5.0 (can't go much slower then it would be a WALK for me) . . . and 39 minutes of that run it was at PEAK levels. WHY? Is the tracker registering wrong? Settings I need to change??? I sweat a lot, but not sure that would be it b/c when I do my weights it is pure FAT BURN zone. HELP, my husband is ready to check me into the Heart Hospital! 😕

Ignore the zone, it is a generalized calculation which, like a broken analog watch, it correct every now and again.  Many folks, myself included, have a MUCH higher maximum heart rate than what the 220-age forumla would predict; it sounds like you do too.

Fitbit is gradually coming around to that way of thinking as well as just this spring they created a new feature to allow you to change your maximum heart rate, which by extension will also raise the heart rates for the various zones.  In your personal settings simply bump up your max heart rate to a number a bit higher than what you've observed on your runs.
