Heart Rate sub display stating fat burn instead of resting heart beat

As per the subject when I look at my watch and app the smaller display under the heart icon states I’m in fat burning zone however my sons watch that’s also a blaze states the resting heartbeat. 

 

How can I change mine to show the resting heartbeat instead of the cardiovascular zone im currently in

I will gladly assist you with your inquiry. The Blaze will show the resting heart rate when it isn't detecting any heart rate reading. If it is detecting your heart rate then it will show it additionally to the zone you are in. You can refer to its manual for more information.
