Heart icon on Blaze Moment screen.

Hi

in the manual,and on my hubby's Blaze, the heart rate zone is shown by dashes above or below a solid heart once out of the resting zone.

We have both put the Moment screen on, but even at v high heart rate, which registers on the app as peak, on my tracker screen, it shows a hollow (resting) heart.

My heart icon stays hollow no matter what the heart rate.

Any ideas?

Hi, @Gu53bee, have you tried a restart?  Usually you are recommended to try this 3 times.

Also you might try selecting a different clock face, syncing, and then reselecting your preferred face (Moment) and then syncing again.

Tried all those.

I've realised that I'm not getting the dashes on my app tile either.
The wording changes to fat burn / cardio or peak. The heart goes from just outlined to solid, but no dashes above or below .
It'd just be handy to be able to see the zone at a glance.

Off to do first charity 5k today 🙂

Thanks for sorting this with my hubby last night via another post.

(Really funny that both of you were running up and down stairs, testing, at the same time.

He was a bit miffed because he took his Blaze off and wore mine, so didn't get credited with the steps !)
