Heart rate all over the place

I just purchased and set up my new blaze and I’m noticing right now that the heart rate is reading all over the place. I’m sitting watching TV and only getting up for tea/washroom but my heart rate is reading anywhere from 99 to 65 no matter if I’m sitting or moving. Is there anything that could be causing this or is my heart rate that all over the place? I don’t have any other way of tracking to be sure.

Welcome to the Community @Ladyash. If your Blaze isn't registering your heart rate information correctly, I recommend restarting your tracker. Also, in this post you will be able to see what can be affecting this reading and some tips to improve it.
