Hi, recently got a FitBit Blaze and usually access my data via the app on my phone. However, today I did a walk, run and another exercise all show that heart rate and calories burned as not enough data, however, when logging on via the laptop and going on to my webpage all the stats are there. Anyone help me with this and what I can do to rectify this? Thanks in advance.

Huh, this is strange @scousemo.
I can recommend force quitting the app and opening it again to see if the information appears there after that. If that doesn't work, you can try to go to your account section and from there, log out of the app and try to log back in with your same email address and password.
Now, if that doesn't do the trick, one last thing you can try is to uninstall and reinstall the app. Make sure that before uninstalling it, you're syncing your tracker so that you don't lose any information and once you install it back, log back in and see if it's fixed.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need anything else and welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂

Thanks for getting back @scousemo 🙂
I've seen some (very few) users having issues with the time change but I'm glad it's all in place now.
If you still have problems with this, let me know. I'll be happy to help!

The data on my iPhone app is not the same as on my desk top
The heart rate is always 1 beat more each day on my laptop than my iPhone app
The weight from my Fitbit scale always reads 0.1 lbs. more on my laptop than on my iPhone app
????
