Heart rate and sleep monitoring failure

I have had my blaze for about 6 months now and I love it.  I am not happy that it has stopped recording my heart rate  and sleep over the last 2 days.  I am a long time fit bit user having progressed from a flex to a charge hr and onto the blaze.  I have changed settings for sleep sensitivity and tried turning off the heart rate monitor and then back on but nothing seams to work.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you already try restarting your tracker a few times? This article explains how to do that.

Yes I have restarted several times but it hasn't helped.  so very frustrating 😞

Hey i am the exact same the heart rate is frozen and dosnt move or work. I spent ages today talking to 3 dofferent people from fitbit trying to sort it and am still no further i have tried everything. Any update please let me kno
