Hi my blaze hasn't tracked any sleep or resting heart rate for last 5 days. Loosened on wrist unpaired device uninstalled app tried all usual fix looked on fitbit online not showing on graphs any ideas

I'm sorry to hear that your tracker is not recording your resting heart rate or your sleep lately 😕 Thanks a lot for the things you've tried to get this resolved!
Now, these two things are closely related as your sleep (your sleep stages specifically) will be determined by your heart rate and if that is failing, your sleep will not show either. Now, I'd like to know if you can see the green lights on the heart rate monitor flashing... If not, I'd recommend checking that the monitor is on. For this, you will need to go to the last screen on your Blaze to access the settings, tap on it, go to Heart Rate and make sure that it's set to On or Auto. If it's already set to On or Auto, you might want to try setting up your tracker as a new devices as a last thing to try.
For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem and heart rate should also be recorded and therefore your sleep as well.

Thankyou the green lights were flashing and everything on. I have unpaired and reinstalled will see if it works tonight

I'm having similar issue with my Blaze since 21st January 2018, just one month after it was purchased. I've tried several suggestions on this forum including what you've suggested here. Unfortunately, nothing seems to work. What else should I do?

Hi still having issues unpaired device can now get basic sleep for last two days but it' recording my workout as zero caps and time yet heart rate works also battery training really quick going to get in touch again sorry can' be more help

Hi the only screens on the Blaze are the watch dial and then the steps, etc...........there is no settings screen coming up on the Blaze itself????

Tried the recommendation and still not working. No heart rate at all.
Shows the heart and 2 dashes only.
Any other suggestions.

Hi All, does anybody experience this problem still in August 2018? My app does dot show the actual heartrate only the Blaze. Tried reinstalling, restarting, repairing, nothing works. Is this a bug in the app with the latest update? Thank you in advance for all the solutions, have a wonderful weekend!
