My heatrate has stopped working and not recording my sleep. Any suggestions?

My heart rate is not working properly.  It's been resting at 56 since Monday, and I don't know how to reset it.

My heart rate stopped working a few weeks ago and I am getting a message that fitbit can't generate sleep stages for this sleep. I have also been getting that message for weeks. I have tried resetting the blaze and the app, and nothing seems to help. Although I was having problems syncing when I was using wifi at a hotel, and resetting everything and going off wifi seems to have fixed that issue.

Any ideas for getting heart rate readings and sleep details back?
