Heart rate and sleep tracker not working

Hello, 2 days ago my heart rate tracker and sleep tracker on my blaze stopped working. The settings are correct and I've tried cleaning the sensor on the back of my blaze. Cleaning it did not help. Any ideas about how I can get these functions to work properly again?

I have the same problem. It doesn’t recognize my pulse or sleep, and yes, I restarted it.

I contacted them as i restarted mine too and still zilch it died. They replaced it as it wasnt 12 months old at that stage,

My Blaze has been working perfectly for a few month and then from one day to another  I lost sleep and heart rate tracking. I rebooted and cleaned the Blaze but it’s still not working. It now shows a discover button which I used to then show me Health and fitness stats (which includes heart rate and sleep) but the app won’t let me open them. How do I get them back?  Those were the main reason I used my Fitbit. At the moment it is pretty useless to me

Hi- My Fitbit Blaze did the same about 3 weeks ago, stopped tracking heart rate and sleep.  Green lights are flashing on the back.  Tried to reset by pushing left button and right lower button for about 12 seconds.  Nothing changed as of yet. Also up to date on all updates.  Very disappointed.  I use my HR monitor and sleep every day. 😞  I have read many posts about this same issue, is this something that is common with FitBit?  With upcoming holiday sales, I will be looking at other brands.

I got mine working again. The tracker is working fine now and so is the app.  I had to shut the device down completely and removed it from my account and from Bluetooth. Then made sure that the Fitbit app had been updated. In the end I treated it as a new Fitbit and registered it to my account again and then linked it to Bluetooth. Everything has been working fine so far. Fingers crossed.

Anyone know anything about Smart Watches?  Our family has only owned Fitbits but to tell you the truth ours make it just a little over a year or so and die or don't run properly. Rather disappointing, we're not buying the low end models either. We don't submerge in water or shower with a FitBit either.  I like the FitBit Community features and like to participate in Challenges for fun, I don't know if Smart Watch offers the same type of community?

My Aspire HR did the same thing  sleep tracker quit showing heart rate. I I have already done reset. How else can I fix this. It’s only a couple months old.

I found that I had accidentally turned off the heart rate monitor on the watch it’s self. Go into settings on the watch, not your phone
