Hi - the Beats Per minute on my blaze only ever shows this - -. Any ideas as to how to re start this function?

I just fixed mine by doing a reset of it. To reset, hold the single button in the middle on the left while simultaneously holding the bottom right button for about 10-12 seconds until the Fitbit logo is displayed
