Hi,

When i am working out often my heart rate will push 160-165 during high intensity trainings and displays the same on the watch, however, once i sync it to my phone the maximum heart rate displayed on the chart is pushing a max of 150.. I feel that my workout stats are not being accurately captured by the app.

Has anyone else faced this, if yes, then what solution did you find.

Hey there @leroycoutts. Welcome to the Fitbit Community!

Not really sure what would be causing this but what I would recommend would be restarting your tracker by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons together for 10-15 seconds until your tracker reboots. Also, on your app, log out of it by going to the lower right corner, tap on Account and here, scroll all the way to the bottom and tap on "Log out of app" and then, log back in with the same email address and password.

This should get everything back to normality in the case any adjustment was not working fine and should make everything to match.

Hope this gets you back on track. Let me know how it goes!
