My heart rate isn't working, my partners has a light flashing at the back, but mine doesn't! How do I turn on and off to restart?

Welcome to the Community @Pedlar. Are you able to see the heart rate sensor or not? If you are not, I recommend checking directly from your Blaze that this feature is on or auto by doing the following:

1. Swipe to Settings 
2. Slide down to Heart Rate
3. Tap it to "On" or "Auto"

If this doesn't work, try to restart your tracker.
