Heart rate information not being accurate

I used to have the Fitbit Charge 2 and a few months ago I bought the Fitbit Blaze. I like it a lot for counting steps and the look of it overall but the heart rate when I am working out is always off. I’ve tried wearing it differently, switching wrists during the workout, and still when I am mid-workout it will say my heart rate is like 100 bpm when obviously it is not. This is very disappointing because I liked when the heart rate would accurately show how many calories I was burning.

A warm welcome to the Community @Amanda.renee.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If your heart rate information is not being accurate, I recommend taking a look at this post, where you will be able to see some things that might be affecting this reading and some tips to improve it.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Smiley Happy
