My heart rate monitor has stopped working and is affecting my workouts plus the battery and running down a lot quicker than normal. I have tried everything suggested on the forum and have spoken to someone on chat and they said someone will be in touch via email and they haven’t yet. Does anyone have any advice ? Thank you
