Heart rate monitor lights are not working on the Fitbit Blaze

I have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions and read multiple threads.   This issue seems to get referred to the next level.  How can I fix this?  Lights haven’t been working at all.

Hi there @Nlanning3 , welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm very sorry to hear that you're having problems with the heart rate monitor on your Blaze not working. Thanks for all your efforts in trying to get this fixed. I'd like to help you out with this.

Now, Just to be sure, I'd like to share some suggestions in the case you've not tried them.

-Give your Blaze a restart. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

-Set it up as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

-Check the settings on the tracker. For this, swipe to the last screen and access the settings. Scroll down to find the Heart Rate section and make sure that it's either set to On or Auto.

If you're still having problems after checking this, feel free to let me know and I'll be happy to help you out with this.

Anything else you may need, I'm here to help!
