 hello,

 

I was hoping someone could help me. I’ve tried calling Fitbit but they were no help.

 

my heart rate monitor is saying I spent a minute in peak but it’s not showing on the graph.

 

any one else had this problem? Also how can I go into peak without going through cardio first?

You are looking at a graph of 24 hours on the width of your phone.  It cannot show full detail of all heart rate readings - I forget the frequency, maybe once per second during exercise, once every 5 seconds when not exercising.  I think the graph shows a value for every 5 minutes.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
