Heart rate monitor not recording nor is sleep

Last few days heart rate monitor has stopped working. Gave it a wipe to ensure contact. Sleep not recording either. Any suggestions? I've turned off and on with no change.

I have been having the same problem.

I charged it yesterday morning and since then the heart monitoring has stopped working completely.

I rebooted it twice, changed the settings, switched it off and on again but nothing happens.

The green lights are still working though.

 

My fitbit blaze is 4 years old now but I really don't want to change it 😞

I have also been having this problem for the last few days. My Blaze  was recording sleep stages perfectly until 26/05/20, but only basic stages every night since.  I have rebooted using the 2 buttons,  also shutting down from settings, closing app, restarting phone many times. Turning HR off, on, auto, tightening strap, loosening strap. All to no avail. 

 

This needs looking into.
