Hi,
my heart rate monitor is not working. Just shows the heart and 2 dash lines. Green lights on back don’t seem to be on either.
Everything else seems to be working.
Would love some help!
Thx!

Hi there @Bailey682, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm very sorry to hear that your heart rate monitor is not working as it should. I'd like to help you out!
My first recommendation would be to make sure that the heart rate monitor is turned on in the settings. For this, swipe to the last screen on your tracker and go into the settings. Here, look for the heart rate option and make sure it's set to either On or Auto.
If the heart rate monitor is On in the settings but it's still not working, you can give your Blaze a quick restart. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need more help!

I did the buttons and it started back thanks so much. It’s been resting every since the first of the month. Thanks
