Heart rate monitor not working consistantly

Hello, I have a Blaze, in which a couple of days ago, the heart rate monitor would sometimes work sometimes not, then give me inconsistent readings.  I made sure the sensor was clean, changed arms, restarted, made sure the setting for the HR was ON not just in auto.  Nothing works.  Now, my wife's Blaze is doing the same thing just today.  So, I have 2 non working Blazes.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix the heart rate issue that you and your wife are experiencing. Since the steps you tried didn't work, I've gone ahead and escalated your case to our support team, for them to take a deeper look at this.
