Heart rate monitor not working

The heart rate monitor is not longer working on my fitbit blaze.  It had this issue a few weeks back then started working again.  However,  this time it has been at least 2 weeks and it still isnt picking up my heart rate.  Any ideas?

Hello @Singmus3.

Let me try and help you get everything to work correctly again. I will be moving your thread to the Blaze board.

The first thing I'd like to suggest is that you go through this help article. It offers some possible explanations and workaround to get the HR to show up in your Blaze's screen.

Let me know how it goes after trying everything suggested in the article, or if you have any further questions.

Hello @Singmus3.

Thanks for going through all of those tips and steps.

Since it didn't work, I'd like to ask you some questions to better understand what could be going on:

  • What exactly do you see in your Blaze's screen in regards to your HR?
  • Is the light on the back turning on at all or not?
  • When did this start happening?

Look forward to your reply.

The green light is on.  On the display its shows "--" BPM.  This started happening about 3 weeks ago.  Would work off and on and now doesn't work.
