I'm sure the question has been posted before, but after reading up on it I've tried everything - trying a different spot on my wrist, cleaning the sensor, resetting the device, etc.
Nothing I've done will get the watch to display/pick up my heart rate. The lights are flashing, but no data is being picked up. Any thoughts?

Hey there @peningtonn. Good to see you around! 🙂
I'm sorry to hear that you're not able to see your heart rate. I would like to know if this is only on your dashboard that the HR info doesn't show or if your tracker doesn't show your heart rate either...
I would recommend setting up your tracker as a new device if the issue persists by going to your account section, here select "Set up a new device" and follow the on-screen instructions. After that, get your tracker to sync and see if your heart rate information shows on your dashboard.
Let me know how it goes!

until yesterday i was getting great performance from my Blaze, 19:30 after walking to the beach it just stopped, walked half way back bfore i noticed the step count had not changed and the HR was not measuring. most annoying of all i was on 9996 steps only 4 steps from daily target.
i also have tried both arms, different positions, shut down strted up rebooted, charged fully, added as new device, deleted app re-installed and sinked the app with blaze, cleaned the sensor, short of hitting of the wall nothing is working. i simply have an over priced digital display watch just now.
