Heart rate monitor not working

The heart rate monitor on my Blaze stopped working yesterday.  Both green lights are flashing but it won't read my heart rate.  Made sure the heart rate monitor was on in settings, Tried the manual reboot, did a shut down,  changed the clock face.  Nothing worked

I'm the same. Have also tried recharging the battery, re syncing etc. I've also got the latest version of the iPhone software and have the latest version of the Fitbit app.

Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourselves. If the heart rate feature is not working, I recommend taking a look at this post where you will be able to see some things that might be affecting this reading and some tips to improve it. Also, you can perform a restart.

Thank you but still no success.
I have restarted the watch and whilst the green lights are flashing it's not even trying to find my heart rate.

The watch is only a few weeks old and I rely on it for tracking my exercise and calories so this is very frustrating
